Theme 80 of 365 in my photo challenge. It is time for “steam”. Some steam coming out from a pipe in the wall at Borough Market, London. A place I recommend you to visit if you go to London. A huge food-market hided under the railway.

Weekly photo challenge; letters

Weekly photo challenge; letters

This post with letters is an entry in DP weekly photo challenge, for more information please click the link above.

Letters can, of course be used in many ways. I have chosen some photos of different kinds of letters. Some photos of books, from handwritten story to printed. The other photos shows different kinds of signs, street sign and restaurant/pub sign. I have tried to get some variation but still keep some homogeneity. Please hover your cursor over the photos to find out more about them.

Catching a movement

Borough market by Mwap38
I like to catch movements in my photos. But often the result is not the expected and I have to try again and again. In this photo I think I have made a great work. Sharpness and great depht and a “Natural movement”. Makes the photo a bit more exiting than if there wouldn’t be any movement, don’t you think? The picture is taken at the Borough Market in London when I was there a few weeks ago.
When you need to have a longer exposure to catch a movment, think about the importance of having a tripod or something else to place your camera on. If you handhold it and make some movement yourself, the hole picture might be unsharp instead of just the moving “target”.
