Time passes… Another year come and go: summer, autumn, winter, spring. Enjoy the day and embrace its beauty!
We observe the pace of life while watching the seasons pass and the children grow. Looking in my archives I find traces of the years that past. This week I have chosen two photos taken in almost the same spot but in different seasons: summer and autumn.

I love colors:) Especially the colors of nature, the best of all artists…
In this weeks photo challenge I have chosen a photo of something rare and beautiful. Rare because it lives for just a few weeks. The cherry blossoms, I love them and I think they are a great interpretation of this weeks theme, or what do you think?
At this moment its early in the morning and I’m soon of to work after the Holidays. I feel a bit sad that the Christmas already is gone. Every moment just rush away, we better try enjoying them while they still here, don’t we? I love Christmas and I think that December is a wonderful month, filled with Christmas spirit and magic. Now it soon will be a new year and a long time until next December.
But I still feel the spirit of Christmas, looking at our wonderful Christmas tree. This year it was a fabulous one! Like every years of course… But though the best moment is now, this tree is obviously the best one ever!

Suddenly when I woke up one morning it was all frosty outside, but still all boats where in the water and the nature was all green. A fast turn from summer to autumn this year…
But, I must say we where a bit cheated, few days later the weather was warm again and we still don’t have some really low temperatures, as we should by now. I love cold and crispy days, when the air is so clear and fresh, it look like I have to wait for that a bit longer. I hope for some snow before Christmas, but that’s not happening every year…
Photography is a lot about composition. This week we shall present photos that obey the rule of third. Which means getting away from centred objects.

I find peace by the sea. There is nothing more calming than watching the water, the sky and just feel the nature surrounding. That is serenity for me.
I have lived near the archipelago all my life and I often go there, its beautiful all seasons, and it always offers peace to my mind.
The photos for this weeks challenge is taken in a place I used to pass every day to work. The mornings where stunning. A new day begins and that is a beautiful thing. Watching it by the sea is almost overwhelming, for me:)
Photos can hardly give justice to the real views but I hope these will show some of its greatness.
The new day begins and offers new opportunities. Every new day is a great gift. We should feel gratitude and salute every new day.
Shadows can be frightening, they can give contrast in a picture.
Shadows can also offer some coolness during a hot summer day.
When taking photos, shadows offer a lot of creative ways to give some tension to the picture and also contrast or effect. It might be frightening or just peaceful. The photo below shows shadows in the forest during an autumn day. The sun is no longer very high up, that gives nice shadows and light also in the middle of the day.
This post is an entry in the weekly photo challenge, the theme for this week is shadowed. To see more entries, or to participate, please click the link.

Every morning they live. Every evening they pass away.
Every day I find a new Morning glory. And it always dies before sunset. Every day during summer.
Morning glory is one of my favorite flowers, so beautiful and vivid while they live their short life.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, this is my entry in the weekly photo challenge, if you like to see more, or participate, please click on the link.
