Sunny days in October, autumn is showing its best side. A visit to the archipelago makes the soul feel good. The environment is so calm and the light is awesome. Soon November will come and there are seldom sunny days that time of the year. I try to save some light until I get there:)
In Sweden there is vacation for all schools this week, and I have taken some time off too. A great period in the middle of autumn, time for a break and some rest.
Its soon time to start looking for christmas gifts and I have now made a new collection in my Zazzle store where you can order a set of printed canvas, a set of posters or a phone cases with seascape photographs.
Not by purpose though… But it is rather awesome to have these lovely flowers inside, they bring color into our house.
When we where taking some of our pots with citrus inside for the winter, we where surprised…
In one of the pots a new plant started to grow, and grow. It turned out it was the beautiful Morning Glory that was growing in our living room. A miracle that reminds us of summer and warmer days. On the photos in this post the flower where bathing in sunlight, the late morning light in October. Such a survivor, nature always finds its ways and I love it.
I first discovered these flowers in A small town i south of France. I fell in love with this colorful flowers, and since I have been growing them in my garden during summer. Some might say they behave like weeds, but I like them anyway:)
Look here what I found this morning, when I was taking a walk and arrived at the marina: it was all frosty, already… I must say it adds some special beauty to things, that glimmering, ice cold frost. The sun really reinforce the glimmering:)
Autumn evening -I love the darkness and burnings skies. Every sunset is unique and wonderful, a nature’s artwork. I usually gets in a hurry, looking out and observing an all red sky. It never lasts long, I have to rush for my camera and outside to get my daily capture:) Not all evenings are this beautiful…
Blinded by the sun in the morning. It was shining bright through the haze, when trekking in Cinque Terre, Italy. I have seen a lot of beautiful landscapes but this was really amazing. We had some hard paths but it was worth every step:) Read more about all the trails here.
